NOTES:

  1. There is no restriction on guest permits during the first seven days of trout or coarse fishing.
  2. Hours of fishing are 6am to one hour after sunset, except for half day trout guest permits as above.
  3. During the first 7 days of the trout season ie 1st March to 8th March (inclusive), classes AB, A and B may fish on any days.
  4. Catch-and-release is now permitted on stocking days.
  5. Members of one permit class may buy themselves a guest permit in another class, for example a class A permit holder may buy a guest permit in class B.
  6. During the mixed fishing period, 16th June to 30th September, trout and coarse fishing seasons are concurrent.
  7. During the period 1st June to 15th June (inclusive), trout members are allowed to catch/kill unlimited numbers of trout – ‘fly only’ rules apply, up to 15th June inclusive.
  8.  2025 the annual trout kill will be A members 50, AB members 70, B members 20. Any additional trout killed will be charged £3.00 each.
  9. One trout is to be tagged, presentation of the tag to the committee, entitles the member or guest to free permit of the same class of subscription / day ticket in 2025
